Responsibilities

- Manage API - domestic business for regulated market and achieve budgeted sales & growth

- Formulate strategy to drive business growth in domestic market

- Add new customers, manage a network of channel partners and end customers

- Travel within India to meet customers for BD initiatives.

- Project management for new customers and new opportunities

- Work closely with SCM, Production, QA & RA in order to respond effectively to customer requirements and ensure customer delight

- Arranging customer audits and regulatory audits.

- Effectively manage receivables.

Desired Skills

- Experience with proven expertise in handling domestic API business .

- Strong knowledge and insights about the regulatory filings.

- Efficient in managing existing businesses and customers portfolio.

- Experience in inter-departmental co-ordination to ensure meeting of budgeted sales in the region.

- Ability to try new approaches when faced with challenges.

- Proactive and flexible to work in any demanding timeline setting.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
