Role Description The Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. The Executive will support day-to-day transportation operations, including coordinating employee pick-ups and drop-offs, tracking fleet schedules, and ensuring timely dispatch of vehicles.

Responsibilities include maintaining accurate records, preparing basic reports, and assisting with communication between drivers, clients, and internal teams. The Executive will help monitor service quality, escalate operational issues when needed, and contribute to process improvements.



The role may also involve handling routine administrative tasks and supporting compliance with company policies and safety standards.

Qualifications

- Strong organizational and time-management skills to coordinate multiple routes and schedules effectively.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications (e.g., spreadsheets, email, transport management tools) and comfort working with data.
- Clear verbal and written communication skills to interact with drivers, clients, and internal stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation, reporting, and record-keeping.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida, manage shifting priorities, and remain calm under operational pressure.
- Customer-oriented mindset and problem-solving skills to address service issues and support continuous improvement.
- Prior experience in transportation, logistics, or operations support is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Minimum of a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, or a related field is preferred.
