Responsibilities :

- Drive end-to-end product development from concept to launch.

- Conduct market research, consumer insights, and competitive analysis.

- Develop and refine product formulations through testing and trials.

- Identify and onboard manufacturing partners and vendors.

- Collaborate with Operations, Growth, Finance, and Quality teams for product commercialisation.

- Support category performance and P&L; tracking.

Ideal Candidate :

- Food Technologist / Food Science / Food Entrepreneurship graduate

- 4+ years of experience in New Product Development (NPD) or Private Label Development

- Experience with FMCG, Food Manufacturing, Retail Brands, or Food Consulting firms

- Exposure to Snacks, Bakery, RTE, or RTC categories.

- Product Development at Plant/R&D.;

- Process Improvement to reduce COGS and get higher output from Manufacturing.

- The candidate should have deep level understanding how manufacturing works, processes and chemical analysis along with solid documentation skills.

- This is a Key role a collaborator b/w all major departments, critical thinking is must.
