Job Title: Analytical Research & Development (R&D;) Analyst

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Analytical R&D; Analyst to support product development, method development, validation, and routine analytical testing. The candidate will be responsible for conducting chemical and instrumental analyses, interpreting data, preparing technical reports, and ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform analytical testing using instruments such as HPLC, GC, UV-Visible Spectroscopy, FTIR, Dissolution, ICP, and other analytical techniques.
- Develop, optimize, and validate analytical methods as per regulatory guidelines.
- Support product development and formulation teams with analytical data and scientific insights.
- Analyze test results, identify trends, and prepare technical reports.
- Conduct stability studies and interpret data.
- Maintain laboratory instruments, calibration records, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with GLP, GMP, and regulatory requirements.
- Investigate out-of-specification (OOS) and out-of-trend (OOT) results.




- Participate in technology transfer and scale-up activities.
- Prepare SOPs, protocols, and validation reports.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field.
- 8-18 years of experience in Analytical R&D; (depending on level).
- Hands-on experience with HPLC, GC, UV, FTIR, and other analytical instruments.
- Strong knowledge of method development and validation.
- Understanding of GMP, GLP, ICH, and regulatory guidelines.
- Valuable analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.

Preferred Skills

- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
- Experience with pharmaceutical, chemical, or biotechnology industries.
- Knowledge of quality systems and regulatory inspections.
