Role Description The Executive – Investor Outreach and Impact Capital will drive engagement between NGOs and impact investors, ensuring that fundraising efforts are aligned with social outcomes and SSE requirements. This full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad includes coordinating investor meetings, preparing pitch decks and investment briefs, and managing communication pipelines with potential and existing investors. The executive will support NGOs in articulating their impact stories, assist in organizing roadshows and events, and track investor feedback and market trends.

The role also involves collaborating with internal consultants on SSE-related documentation,



maintaining accurate records of outreach activities, and contributing to strategies that enhance investor confidence and long-term partnerships.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in investor relations, stakeholder management, and relationship building with impact investors and NGO partners.

- Experience in fundraising, impact capital, or financial services, with an understanding of capital markets, social finance, or ESG investing.

- Ability to prepare transparent presentations, pitch decks, and written communication tailored to both financial and social-impact audiences.

- Research and analytical skills to assess NGO projects, impact metrics, and investment opportunities on the SSE platform.

- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple outreach campaigns, meetings, and documentation simultaneously.

- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, social work, public policy, or a related field; a postgraduate qualification is an advantage.

- Comfortable working on-site in Ahmedabad and collaborating closely with NGOs and internal teams.

- Prior exposure to the NGO sector, impact investing, or social enterprises is highly beneficial.
