Role Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Executive – FP&A; to join our Finance team at STCO India. The ideal candidate will possess 3–4 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, strong expertise in US GAAP , and hands-on experience with NetSuite . This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to financial strategies and business decision-making.
Key Responsibilities Performance Management:
- Prepare accurate and reliable financial reports to support decision-making.
- Deliver insightful performance analysis and key metrics for leadership discussions.
- Contribute to initiatives focused on enhancing profitability.
Financial Analysis And Reporting
- Analyze monthly and quarterly actuals versus forecasts, identifying variances and suggesting improvements.
- Provide commentary and insights on performance trends to leadership teams.
Budgeting And Forecasting
- Assist in developing long-term financial plans and quarterly updates.
- Prepare and present financial plans, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Collaboration And Business Partnering
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, providing financial insights and performance management support.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to support strategic objectives.
System And Process Optimization
- Utilize NetSuite, Excel, and other financial tools to streamline processes and ensure accuracy in reporting.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in FP&A; activities.
Qualifications And Skills
- Education: Chartered Accountant (CA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
- Experience: 3–4 years in FP&A; or related financial roles, with manufacturing industry exposure preferred.
- Expertise
- Solid understanding and application of US GAAP.
- Hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for financial modeling and analysis.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities effectively.
