MedsCred is a fast-growing Healthcare FinTech company focused on making healthcare more affordable through innovative financial solutions. We work with hospitals, insurers, TPAs, NBFCs and healthcare providers to streamline patient financing and claims management. ? Key Responsibilities
- Process Cashless & Reimbursement Claims
- Verify medical documents, bills, discharge summaries and prescriptions
- Check policy eligibility, treatment details and claim admissibility
- Coordinate with Hospitals, Insurance Companies, TPAs, NBFCs and internal teams
- Follow up on pending approvals, deficiencies and settlements
- Track claims from initiation to final settlement
- Resolve claim-related queries and discrepancies
- Maintain accurate claim records and MIS
- Monitor claim TAT, settlement rate and rejection/rework
- Ensure compliance with insurance, TPA and company SOPs
- Support customer queries related to claim status and processing ? What We're Looking For
