? Key Responsibilities
• Process Cashless & Reimbursement Claims
- Verify medical documents, bills, discharge summaries and prescriptions
- Check policy eligibility, treatment details and claim admissibility
• Coordinate with Hospitals, Insurance Companies, TPAs, NBFCs and internal teams
- Follow up on pending approvals, deficiencies and settlements
- Track claims from initiation to final settlement
- Resolve claim-related queries and discrepancies
- Maintain accurate claim records and MIS
- Monitor claim TAT, settlement rate and rejection/rework
- Ensure compliance with insurance, TPA and company SOPs
- Support customer queries related to claim status and processing
