About the Role:

We are looking for an energetic and creative professional to join our PR & Internal Communications team. The role will focus on Public Relations, while also supporting internal communication and employee engagement initiatives. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys creating narratives that enhance reputation and also values culture-building within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive brand storytelling through PR initiatives, media communication, Internal and external campaigns.
- Create and edit press releases, articles, media notes, and leadership messages.
- Work with agencies and media partners to ensure meaningful coverage and visibility.
- Develop creative content that reflects the organization’s values and strengthens its reputation.
- Support internal communication campaigns across all mediums.
- Contribute to employee engagement programs such as recognition initiatives, clubs, and leadership forums.
- Coordinate with creative vendors for design, video, and event-related deliverables.
- Track PR coverage and communication effectiveness, and share reports with the team.

Qualifications & Skills

- Graduate/Postgraduate in Mass Communication, Journalism,



Marketing, or related field.
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in PR, brand storytelling, corporate communication or internal communication.
- Strong writing and communication skills with a flair for creative storytelling.
- Familiarity with media relations and agency coordination.
- Good command of MS Office; basic knowledge of design/video tools will be an advantage.
- Strong organizational, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Energetic, adaptable, and eager to take on challenges.
