We are looking for an exceptional General Corporate Lawyer to join one of India's leading law firms as a Partner .

Key Practice Areas

- Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A;)
- Private Equity
- Joint Ventures
- Corporate Restructuring
- Complex Corporate Transactions
- Strategic Commercial Deals

Ideal Candidate

- Currently working as a Partner, Assistant Partner, Counsel, or Principal Associate
- Experience with a Tier I, Tier II, or reputed Boutique Corporate Law Firm
- Proven ability to independently lead and execute sophisticated, high-value corporate transactions from inception to completion
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and transaction management skills




- Excellent commercial acumen and client relationship management capabilities
- Pure transaction execution experience is essential.
