Job Title: Ex-Founder – Digital Marketing

Location: Vaishali, Ghaziabad (Work From Anywhere - Remote)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Ex-Founder or Former Agency Owner from the Digital Marketing industry to drive business growth, sales strategy, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in scaling a digital marketing business, acquiring clients, building high-performing teams, and delivering successful marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute business growth strategies.
- Drive B2B sales for Digital Marketing services.
- Mentor and lead sales, marketing, and operations teams.
- Build long-term relationships with enterprise and SME clients.
- Identify current revenue opportunities and strategic partnerships.
- Oversee client acquisition, retention, and account growth.
- Optimize business processes and improve profitability.
- Collaborate with performance marketing, SEO, content, and creative teams.
- Represent the company in client meetings, webinars, and networking events.

Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Founder, Co-Founder,



or Business Head of a Digital Marketing agency/startup.
- Strong understanding of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Social Media Marketing, Website Development, Lead Generation, and Branding.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Strong business acumen with a growth mindset.
- Experience in scaling teams and managing P&L; is highly preferred.
