Key Responsibilities

- Perform daily Bank Reconciliation and transaction reconciliation.
- Develop and maintain automated Excel-based reconciliation systems.
- Work with large volumes of transaction and financial data.
- Create advanced Excel formulas, Pivot Tables, Power Query, dashboards, and MIS reports.
- Automate repetitive data-processing and reconciliation tasks.
- Identify mismatches, duplicate transactions, missing entries, and settlement discrepancies.
- Maintain and manage structured databases and transaction records.
- Prepare management reports and operational MIS.
- Coordinate with Finance, Operations, Technology, and Banking teams for discrepancy resolution.
- Ensure accuracy, data integrity, confidentiality, and timely reporting
- Required Skills✅ Advanced Microsoft Excel





✅ VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, IF/IFS, TEXT & DATE functions ✅ Pivot Tables & Advanced Excel Reporting

✅ Power Query / Data Transformation

✅ Excel Automation using Macros/VBA will be an advantage

✅ Strong understanding of Bank Reconciliation & Financial Transactions

✅ Database management and data cleaning

✅ Experience handling large datasets

✅ Robust analytical and problem-solving skills

✅ Good understanding of MIS & reporting

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
