Plan, organize, and execute NGO events, charity drives, awareness campaigns, and the I-Run Goa Marathon. Coordinate with clients, sponsors, corporate partners, vendors, volunteers, and participants. Identify and approach potential sponsors and fundraising partners for events.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate organizations and donors. Prepare sponsorship proposals, presentations, and partnership decks. Coordinate event logistics, permissions, registrations, branding, and vendor management.

Manage pre-event, on-event, and post-event operations to ensure smooth execution. Collaborate with the marketing team for promotions, social media campaigns, and publicity. Attend networking events, corporate meetings, exhibitions, and community outreach programs.

Coordinate with government authorities, NGOs, schools, colleges, and corporate organizations for collaborations. Track event budgets, sponsorship commitments, and event deliverables. Prepare event reports and maintain documentation after every event.
