Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a creative and technically robust Event & Exhibition Designer with a strong sense of scale, materials, and spatial aesthetics. The role requires speed & accuracy in events the ability to visualize and design temporary structures such as stages, exhibition stalls, sets, and event environments for live and corporate events.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop precise and comprehensive 2D floor plans, spatial layouts, and seating configurations using AutoCAD and Vectorworks.
- Produce high-quality, photorealistic 3D visualizations of stages, exhibition stalls, scenic sets, and immersive event environments using SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, or equivalent industry-standard software.
- Interpret and transform client briefs into innovative, thematic, and execution-ready design concepts that balance creativity with practicality.
- Prepare detailed technical documentation, including elevations, sections, working drawings, and fabrication-ready files.
- Conduct thorough venue recces,



capturing accurate site measurements and technical constraints to inform design development.
- Collaborate closely with production, fabrication, and project management teams to ensure seamless translation from concept to execution.
- Ensure all design solutions are structurally sound, technically feasible, timeline-driven, and budget-conscious.
- Deliver meticulously detailed, build-ready drawings that reduce fabrication risks and uphold safety and compliance standards.

Preferred candidate profile

Experience:

- 1-5 years of experience in Event Design / Exhibition Design

Portfolio (Mandatory):

- A strong portfolio showcasing event sets, stage designs, stalls, or spatial layouts

Technical Skills:

- Strong command over Vectorworks / AutoCAD / SketchUp / 3ds Max / V Ray / Photoshop / Coreldraw
- Knowledge of rendering tools like V-Ray / Enscape is a big plus
