Role: Automobile Technician
Responsibilities
1. Customer Handling
2. Greet and assist customers with professionalism and courtesy
3. Verify service requests and capture customer feedback
4. Communicate repair updates to customers
5. Diagnosis
6. Analyze and diagnose scooters for necessary repairs
7. Update diagnosis reports in the workshop management system
8. Perform and inspect repairs based on customer requirements
9. System Handling
10. Track customer complaints and update the system in real-time
11. Operate workshop management systems and ensure adherence
12. Update operational status and ETA in CRM and WMS systems
13. Check scooter health in the Telematics Command Centre
14. Technical Repairs
15. Possess in-depth knowledge of OLA scooters
16. Perform repairs and replacements on scooter parts
17. Stay updated on OLA technical curriculum and EV news
18. Process and Operational

Adhere to processes at the Experience Centre and maintain transparent bays for vehicles/scooters
20. Handle invoicing and payment collections
21. Ensure bays are free from foreign materials and ready for service
22. Parts Operation
23. Audit inventory and maintain consistency between system and physical inventory
24. Perform GRN and manage inventory at the Experience Centre
25. Manage warranty part reverse logistics to the main workshop
26. Safety and Compliance
27. Adhere to uniform and protective gear requirements
28. Use protective gear and handle tool kits properly during repairs
29. Ensure availability of fire-fighting equipment for safety
Requirements
Requirements:
- Only male candidates
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass/diploma/ITI/graduation/post - graduation
- Minimum experience: at least 6 months in the automobile service sector
Benefits Salary: 19000-23000 CTC per month including PF+ ESIC +Incentive
