We are seeking an experienced ETL Test Lead with strong expertise in SQL, Data Warehouse Testing, and ETL Validation. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience leading testing activities across complex data migration, ETL, and analytics projects while ensuring data quality, integrity, and business compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end ETL testing activities for Data Warehouse and Data Integration projects.
- Design and execute ETL, Database, Data Migration, and Data Validation test cases.
- Perform extensive data validation using complex SQL queries.
- Validate source-to-target mappings and transformation rules.
- Analyse requirements, create test strategies, test plans, and test scenarios.




- Coordinate with Business Analysts, Developers, and Stakeholders for defect resolution.
- Lead offshore/onshore testing teams and provide status reporting.
- Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across systems.
- Manage defect tracking and reporting using Jira/ALM tools.

Mandatory Skills
- 8+ years of experience in ETL/Data Warehouse Testing.
- Solid hands-on experience in SQL (Complex Queries, Joins, Stored Procedures, Data Validation).
- Experience with ETL tools such as Informatica, DataStage, Talend, SSIS, or Ab Initio.
- Experience in Database Testing and Data Reconciliation.
- Strong understanding of Data Warehousing concepts.
- Experience in Test Planning, Test Execution, and Defect Management.
- Good knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
