We're looking for a detail-oriented Estimation Engineer who can bridge design intent with commercial feasibility through accurate cost planning, quantity estimation, and budget management. If you have a strong understanding of interior and civil works and enjoy working closely with designers, vendors, and project teams, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQs)
- Maintain and update project estimate trackers
- Perform quantity take-offs for interior and civil projects




- Conduct rate analysis and material costing
- Analyze vendor quotations and negotiate competitive pricing
- Develop project budgets and monitor cost control
- Interpret and work with AutoCAD drawings
- Prepare estimation reports using Microsoft Excel
- Apply analytical and problem-solving skills to optimize project costs
- Coordinate effectively with designers, vendors, and execution teams
- Support tender documentation and project cost planning

Required Skills

- 4–5 years of experience in estimation for architecture/interior projects
- Strong knowledge of interior and civil construction
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
