Vyntrutek Global Services LLP/ CoExtend Global LLP is looking for a motivated Junior Quantity Surveyor / Commercial Assistant to join our growing team and support UK faade and construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

Variation management and quotations

Commercial project support

Reviewing drawings and contract documents

Preparing BOQs and cost reports

Assisting with project cost tracking

Managing commercial documentation

Supporting tender and estimating activities

Requirements

34 years of experience in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management

Experience in the construction industry (faade/cladding experience is an advantage)

Good understanding of BOQs, variations, and commercial processes

Robust Microsoft Excel skills

Excellent written and verbal English communication

Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Preferred

Experience working with UK construction projects

Familiarity with Bluebeam, AutoCAD, or construction management software

Location: Remote (India)
