Key Responsibilities:Review architectural, interior, and MEP drawings and specifications. Prepare detailed BOQs (Bill of Quantities) for commercial interior projects. Estimate costs for civil, carpentry, modular furniture, false ceiling, flooring, painting, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, glass, and finishing works.
Obtain and compare quotations from vendors and subcontractors. Prepare detailed project cost estimates and tender documents. Coordinate with the Design, Procurement, Projects, and Sales teams for project requirements.
Ensure estimates are accurate, competitive, and submitted within deadlines. Maintain updated material price lists and labor rates. Prepare value engineering proposals to optimize project costs. Assist in preparing project budgets and cost analysis reports.
Clarify technical and commercial queries during the tendering process. Maintain estimation records, databases, and documentation. Support project handover by explaining BOQs and cost details to the execution team.
