*Urgent Opening : Institutional Equity Sales & Trader – Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

· Acquire and manage institutional clients.

· Execute large institutional equity orders efficiently while minimizing market impact and achieving best execution.

· Execute cash and derivatives orders.

· Handle block and basket trades.

· Monitor liquidity and market depth.

· Manage execution risk.

· Keep clients informed during execution.

· Work closely with sales, research and compliance teams.

· Arrange meetings between company managements and fund managers (corporate access).

· Generate brokerage revenue.

· Coordinate with research and Institutions.

· Cover IPOs, block deals, OFS and QIPs.

Required Skills

· Solid knowledge of NSE/BSE trading systems.





· Understanding of order types and execution strategies.

· Knowledge of derivatives and algorithmic execution.

· Monitor market trends, fund flows and sector developments.

· Excellent relationship management.

· Presentation and communication skills.

· Bloomberg, Reuters/LSEG or similar market data platforms.

Typical Qualifications

· MBA (Finance), CA or CFA preferred.

· NISM certifications

· 5–8 years' experience

Compensation

As per market standard

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
