We are expanding our India Technology Centre in Indore and are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Consultant to deliver end-to-end ERP implementations across all Business Central modules.

This is an individual contributor role with the prospect to grow into a leadership position.

Responsibilities

- Implement and enhance Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central for Singapore, Australia, and India operations
- Lead full-cycle ERP implementations and post go-live hyper-care support
- Gather, document, and map customer business requirements to Business Central
- Support pre-sales activities alongside account managers
- Train and support end users
- Provide knowledge transfer to junior team members
- Deliver reporting and analytics using Business Central and Power BI
- Manage tax reporting and compliance requirements
- Support internal audit and risk management processes
- Propose and implement business process improvements




- Manage day-to-day cash flow, payment, and deposit processing
- Support general operations across India and Singapore offices

Skills and Experience
- Minimum 3 years of ERP implementation experience
- Minimum 4 full-cycle Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementations
- Functional consultant experience (mandatory); development skills highly regarded
- Bachelor’s degree (Postgraduate preferred)
- CPA or equivalent certification preferred
- Experience preparing full set of accounts and consolidated financial statements
- Strong understanding of IFRS; willingness to learn SFRS and AASB
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and drive results with minimal supervision
- Passion for technology and continuous learning
