- Datazoic is currently looking for dedicated and motivated individuals who have robust organizational and teamwork skills for its Investment Banking team.

Key Responsibilities

- Knowledge of financial analysis including trading/ transaction comparable, operational/ financial benchmarking, valuation analysis, etc.

- Knowledge of pitch books, industry research, deals & peers screening, company profiles and company focused discussion documents.

- Conducting quality control check of the outgoing reports

- Engaging client on calls and e-mails

- Demonstrating strength and experience in client relationship building and management.

Key Competencies

Educational Qualification : -

- MBA/ CFA.

- 2-4 years of experience in the Investment banking space

- Experience of working in Investment banking projects.





- Detailed financial analysis with knowledge / experience of working on financial statements

- Target identification, Trading and Transaction comps

- Benchmarking, Ratio analysis

- Pitch book / IM support and company profiles

- Bespoke qualitative research

- Should be able to work independently, with minimal guidance and support

- Prior experience in handling clients directly through calls / mails is an advantage.

- Excellent written and spoken communication skills

- Should be well versed with MS Office suite specially Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point.

- Working knowledge of database such as Bloomberg, CapitalIQ, Factset, Thomson, etc.
