Project Manager – Execution

Qualification: B.Tech mandatory

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager – Execution to manage end-to-end execution of water and wastewater projects, including STP, ETP, WTP, RO, UF and ZLD systems.

The candidate will be responsible for project planning, site execution, client coordination, vendor and subcontractor management, progress tracking, commissioning and final handover. The role requires hands-on experience in coordinating civil, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation and automation activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage projects from handover and mobilisation through commissioning and client sign-off.
- Prepare and monitor project schedules, WBS, milestones, resource plans and progress reports.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, subcontractors and internal teams.
- Lead site teams of engineers, supervisors, technicians and contractors.
- Track project progress using DPR, MPR, S-Curve and review meetings.




- Ensure compliance with approved drawings, BOQ, quality standards and safety requirements.
- Identify delays, risks and execution bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
- Manage testing, commissioning, punch-point closure and handover documentation.

Candidate Requirements
- 4–10 years of project execution experience in water and wastewater treatment.
- Experience in STP, ETP, WTP, RO, UF, ZLD, piping, pumping and treatment systems.
- B.Tech in Mechanical, Civil, Chemical, Environmental or a related discipline.
- Solid knowledge of MS Project, Excel, WBS, DPR/MPR and project tracking.
- Experience managing multidisciplinary site teams and subcontractors.
- Robust client-management, leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel across India based on project requirements.

Candidates with hands-on EPC project execution experience will be preferred.
