Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified and proactive Construction Safety Engineer to oversee Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) compliance across construction projects in Jaipur. The role involves implementing safety programs, conducting risk assessments, ensuring statutory compliance, and promoting a strong safety culture at project sites.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, implement, and monitor site-specific HSE plans and safety procedures.
- Conduct safety inspections, audits, and hazard identification exercises.
- Ensure compliance with local statutory regulations, client requirements, and company safety standards.
- Review Method Statements (MS), Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Risk Assessments (RA), and Permit-to-Work systems.
- Investigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions, and recommend corrective actions.
- Conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks, and training programs for site personnel.
- Monitor use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and enforce safety compliance.
- Coordinate emergency preparedness drills and response activities.
- Maintain HSE records, reports, and statutory documentation.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, consultants, and regulatory authorities on safety matters.




- Support project teams in achieving zero accident and injury objectives.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related discipline).
- Full-time Diploma/Advanced Diploma in Industrial Safety, Construction Safety, or HSE Management.
- Professional certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA, or equivalent preferred.

Experience
- 5-10 years of experience in construction safety management.
- Experience in commercial buildings, industrial, data center, warehouse, infrastructure, or high-rise projects preferred.
- Proven experience in managing contractor safety compliance on construction sites.
