Role Description The Entry-Level Sales Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. In this position, the associate will engage with prospective homebuyers, present suitable property options, and provide clear information on pricing, features, and location advantages. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting property site visits, following up on leads, maintaining accurate records of client interactions, and coordinating with internal teams for home loan and interior solutions.





The role also involves building relationships with clients, understanding their preferences and budget, and supporting them through the decision-making and documentation process. The associate will be expected to meet sales targets, participate in local marketing activities, and represent Diligent Corp professionally at all times.

Qualifications

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with diverse clients and stakeholders.
- Basic sales and customer service abilities, including lead follow-up, negotiation, and closing support.
- Ability to understand property features, local real estate trends, and basic home loan concepts.
- Comfort with in office work, frequent client meetings, and property visits across Bengaluru.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic digital tools for maintaining client records and reports.
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in any discipline; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Conversational proficiency in English and local languages (such as Kannada and Hindi) is highly beneficial.
- High level of integrity, willingness to learn, and motivation to grow within the real estate industry.
