- Expertise in Databricks Lakehouse Platform , Delta Lake, Unity Catalog, Databricks SQL, Workflows, and Lakeflow/Delta Live Tables.
- Strong hands-on experience in PySpark, Apache Spark, Python, and Advanced SQL .
- Architecture and implementation of enterprise-scale data lakes, lakehouses, and modern data platforms .
- Experience designing batch, streaming, CDC, and real-time data processing solutions .
- Strong understanding of data modeling, Medallion Architecture (Bronze/Silver/Gold), ETL/ELT frameworks, and DataOps .
- Expertise in data governance, security, lineage, and access control using Unity Catalog .
- Experience with at least one major cloud platform:

- AWS Databricks + AWS Analytics Stack
- GCP Databricks + GCP Data Services
- Good understanding of AI/ML, MLflow, MLOps, and Generative AI enablement on Databricks .
- Proficiency in Terraform, CI/CD, Git, Azure DevOps/GitHub Actions .
- Robust stakeholder management, solution architecture, customer-facing consulting, and team leadership skills.
