We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Data Owner AI & Analytics to lead enterprise-wide data governance, AI data readiness, and analytics initiatives. This is a strategic individual contributor role responsible for ensuring enterprise data is trusted, governed, and AI-ready while enabling business intelligence, automation, and digital transformation across the organization.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in enterprise data management, ERP transformation, analytics, and stakeholder engagement, with the ability to drive business decisions related to data governance and AI adoption.

Key Responsibilities

- Define and own enterprise data standards, business definitions, and data ownership across key business domains.
- Establish governance policies to ensure trusted, high-quality data for AI, analytics, reporting, and automation.
- Approve enterprise data sources for AI Agents, Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Claude AI, RPA, and analytics platforms.
- Drive enterprise data governance initiatives supporting Oracle Fusion ERP transformation.
- Ensure seamless SAP ECC to Oracle Fusion data migration with minimal impact to reporting and AI solutions.
- Lead business evaluation and selection of up-to-date data platforms, including Microsoft Fabric, Snowflake, Databricks, and Azure Synapse.




- Define enterprise data lake/lakehouse principles and consumption models.
- Govern enterprise datasets used by AI, reporting, and business intelligence platforms.
- Partner with Data Engineering, ERP, Analytics, Security, and Business teams to deliver enterprise data initiatives.
- Resolve cross-functional data ownership issues and establish standardized business definitions.
- Ensure secure, governed, read-only access for AI solutions to enterprise systems.

Required Skills

- 7–10+ years of experience in Enterprise Data Management, Data Governance, Analytics, Business Intelligence, ERP, or Digital Transformation.
- Strong experience supporting enterprise ERP implementations or large-scale business transformation programs.
- Hands-on experience defining enterprise data governance, data ownership, data quality, and business data standards.
- Experience with Oracle Fusion ERP, SAP ECC, or similar enterprise ERP platforms.
- Experience evaluating or working with Microsoft Fabric, Snowflake, Databricks, Azure Synapse, or similar cloud data platforms.
- Strong understanding of AI Data Governance, Data Lakehouse concepts, and enterprise analytics.
- Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
