We are seeking an Enterprise Data / AI Architect to join our team. This role requires:

- End-to-End Delivery Ownership: The candidate must demonstrate the ability to own delivery execution, customer outcomes, commercials, and team leadership.
- Technical Credibility: A robust understanding of modern Data & AI ecosystems is essential, including expertise in Databricks, Snowflake, Cloud, Data Engineering, Analytics, and GenAI.
- Large Program Delivery Excellence: The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex fixed-price and T&M; engagements, ensuring strong governance, quality, and financial accountability.
- Customer & Business Orientation: The ability to engage with CXOs, understand business objectives, and translate technology initiatives into measurable business outcomes is crucial.
- Leadership Through Change: Candidates should possess learning agility, an AI-first mindset, decisive execution, and the capability to build and lead high-performing teams in a rapidly evolving environment.
- 22-25 years in Data & Analytics delivery
- Managed Fixed Price, Outcome-based and T&M; engagements
- Proven ownership of end-to-end lifecycle: Presales → SOW → Delivery → UAT → Go-Live → Hypercare

Core Functional Strengths
- Strong delivery and project management fundamentals
- Experience managing complex Data Engineering, BI, AI, and Analytics programs
- Ability to handle project governance, RAID management, stakeholder communication, budgeting, resource planning, and escalation management
