We are seeking an experienced, On-site AI Architect to design and deliver enterprise-scale AI, Generative AI, and Agentic AI solutions for our premier Information Technology clients. You will leverage client data assets to drive high-impact business value and infrastructure efficiency. In this client-facing role, you will define tailored AI architectures, establish technical best practices, and lead the deployment of scalable, secure, and governed enterprise AI platforms.

Responsibilities

- Client Strategy & Roadmap: Define enterprise AI, GenAI, and Agentic AI architecture roadmaps tailored to unique client needs.
- Solution Design: Design end-to-end AI solutions using client data, internal IT knowledge bases, and document repositories.
- Retrieval Systems: Architect and implement RAG, GraphRAG, semantic search, and vector-based knowledge retrieval systems.
- System Building: Build robust client-facing AI systems using LLMs, embeddings, prompt engineering, and intelligent AI agents.
- Platform Operations: Establish strict AI platform MLOps and LLMOps standards for client model deployment, monitoring, and governance.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure total AI security, responsible AI frameworks, data privacy, and strict regulatory compliance across client environments.
- In office Collaboration: Partner daily with client stakeholders, data engineering teams, and cloud infrastructure divisions to deliver AI-driven IT solutions.

Required Technical Skills

- Core AI Domains: Deep expertise in Generative AI, Agentic AI, RAG, GraphRAG,



and Semantic Search.
- Frameworks: Hands-on experience with orchestration tools like LangChain, LangGraph, or Semantic Kernel.
- Data Management: Proven experience with Vector Databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, or Milvus.
- Cloud Architecture: Strong experience architecting cloud AI platforms, specifically on Microsoft Azure.
- Governance & Code: Mastery of AI governance, enterprise integration patterns, Python, and scalable distributed APIs.

Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in solution architecture, data engineering, AI/ML, or cloud architecture.
- Specialization: Must include proven, hands-on experience delivering enterprise GenAI implementations within the Information Technology or professional tech services sector.
- Client Engagement: Prior experience in a client-facing consulting or vendor environment is highly preferred.
- Work Arrangement: 100% On-site availability at the designated client/corporate office location.
