- Enterprise Architect

We are seeking a visionary and experienced Chief Architect to lead our enterprise technology strategy, architecture governance, and long-term technical roadmap. In this executive-level role, you will bridge the gap between business strategy and technical execution, ensuring that our technical infrastructure, applications, and data systems are scalable, secure, creative, and aligned with enterprise goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Enterprise Architecture Strategy: Define and evolve the enterprise-wide architecture vision, principles, and roadmap across cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments.
- Technology Governance & Standards: Establish enterprise architectural standards, ARB, design patterns, and governance frameworks to reduce technical debt and ensure consistency across product teams.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner closely with executive leadership, product management, engineering heads, and Information Security to align technical investments with business outcomes.
- Cloud & Infrastructure Modernization: Guide large-scale digital transformations, cloud migrations, and microservices adoption to optimize performance and reduce operational overhead.
- Innovation & Futureproofing: Evaluate emerging technologies, frameworks,



and architectural paradigms (such as AI/ML integration, edge computing, and advanced security models) for enterprise adoption.
- Mentorship & Talent Development: Mentor senior engineering and architecture talent, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Experience: 15+ years in software engineering and enterprise architecture, with at least 5 years in leadership or Chief/Principal Architect capacity.
- Experience in setting up ARB (Architect Review Board) and AI Architecture related architecture and governance.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP), microservices, event-driven architectures, enterprise integration patterns, and data governance.
- Strategic Acumen: Proven history of translating complex business strategies into scalable, resilient technical blueprints.
- Leadership & Communication: Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical board members and executive stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
