Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain the enterprise architecture strategy, roadmap, and governance framework.
- Align business goals with technology solutions to support digital transformation initiatives.
- Define architecture standards, principles, best practices, and technology reference models.
- Lead enterprise-wide architecture reviews and provide guidance on complex technical solutions.
- Design scalable, secure, and resilient architectures across applications, data, infrastructure, cloud, and security domains.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions to improve business capabilities.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product teams, and engineering teams to define technology roadmaps.
- Drive application modernization, cloud migration, API strategy, and integration architecture initiatives.
- Ensure enterprise solutions comply with security, regulatory, and compliance requirements.
- Mentor solution architects and technical teams while promoting architecture governance and best practices.

Required Skills
- 12+ years of experience in IT, with significant experience in Enterprise Architecture.




- Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF , Zachman , or similar.
- Experience designing enterprise-scale solutions across cloud, applications, infrastructure, data, and security.
- Solid understanding of cloud platforms including AWS , Microsoft Azure , or Google Cloud Platform (GCP) .
- Experience with microservices, APIs, event-driven architecture, containerization, and Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of integration technologies, DevOps, CI/CD, and application modernization strategies.
- Experience with architecture modeling tools such as Sparx Enterprise Architect , Archi , or similar.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, identity management, and enterprise governance.
- Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to influence senior leadership and drive enterprise-wide technology initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- TOGAF, AWS, Azure, GCP, or other enterprise architecture certifications are highly preferred.
- Experience leading enterprise digital transformation programs.
- Familiarity with Agile, SAFe, and ITIL frameworks is an added advantage.
