Role Description The English Language Trainer at Affluent English will deliver engaging, learner-centered spoken English classes to students with varied proficiency levels. This full-time, WFH role, involves planning and conducting lessons, designing activities to enhance communication skills, and supporting learners in developing confidence and fluency.



The trainer will assess learner progress, provide constructive feedback, and adapt teaching methods to meet individualized needs and goals.

Responsibilities also include contributing to curriculum development, integrating personality development topics into sessions, maintaining accurate records of learner performance, and participating in training or team meetings as required. Qualification - Strong skills in English, language, and general teaching.

- Knowledge of curriculum design, lesson planning, and learner assessment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication with transparent English pronunciation.
- Ability to engage diverse age groups and adapt to different learning styles.
- Strong interpersonal skills, patience, and a learner-focused approach.
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field preferred; TESOL/TEFL certification is an advantage.
- Prior experience in spoken English or personality development training is highly preferred.
