Job Summary

We are seeking a agile and passionate English & Soft Skills Trainer to develop learners' communication, interpersonal, and professional skills. The ideal candidate will deliver engaging training sessions, assess learner progress, and prepare students or employees for academic and workplace success.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver training on spoken and written English, including grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and business communication.

- Conduct soft skills sessions covering communication, presentation skills, leadership, teamwork, time management, problem-solving, and workplace etiquette.

- Design lesson plans, training materials, activities, and assessments.

- Evaluate learners through tests, assignments, mock interviews, and group discussions.

- Provide constructive feedback and individualized coaching.

- Monitor learner progress and maintain training records.

- Organize workshops, seminars, and interactive learning activities.

- Collaborate with academic or HR teams to align training with organizational objectives.

- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices into training.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in English, Education, Business, or a related field.





- Certification in English language teaching or soft skills training is an advantage.

- 1–5 years of experience in English language or soft skills training (experience requirements may vary by employer).

Required Skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication in English.

- Strong presentation and facilitation skills.

- Ability to engage diverse groups of learners.

- Knowledge of business communication and professional etiquette.

- Good organizational and time management skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and virtual training platforms such as Zoom or Microsoft Teams.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in corporate training or campus placement training.

- Knowledge of interview preparation, resume writing, and group discussion techniques.

- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS).

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Learner engagement and attendance.

- Improvement in communication and soft skills assessment scores.

- Training completion rates.

- Placement or interview success rates (where applicable).

- Positive learner feedback and satisfaction.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
