- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of hotel facilities and equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from various departments.
- Conduct routine inspections to ensure the smooth functioning of all systems.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, hotel policies, and engineering procedures.
- Maintain maintenance records and complete assigned work orders accurately.
- Coordinate with the Engineering team to ensure productive day-to-day operations.
- Minimize equipment downtime and support uninterrupted hotel operations.
Requirements
- ITI/Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, or a related technical field.
- Prior experience in hotel engineering or facility maintenance is preferred.
- Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general maintenance.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Good communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented approach.
