Role & responsibilities

- Manage the full tendering process for Industrial Projects, Commercial, Residential/Building Projects including Pre & Post Tendering process.

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure project specifications are met.

- Estimate project costs accurately and negotiate contracts with suppliers and clients.

- Prepare technical documentation and reports for tender submissions.

- Utilize analytical skills to review project progress and make recommendations for improvements.

- Communicate effectively with project teams, clients, and suppliers throughout the project lifecycle

- Review and analyse the tender documents.

Preferred candidate profile

- Civil Engineering degree (must qualified)

- 4-10 years of experience in tendering, Contracts & Estimation

- Strong understanding of cost estimation and contract negotiation

- Excellent technical writing and analytical skills

- Positive communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders
