- Knowledge of quality manuals, SOPs, CAPA, and quality plans
- Problem Solving PCM / CAPA Handling
- Experience in in-house and customer PCM (Problem Counter Measure)
- Root Cause Analysis (RCA), corrective preventive actions
- Quality Documentation Record Maintenance
- Maintaining inspection reports, calibration records, rejection analysis
Statistical quality data recording reporting
- Supplier Incoming Material Quality Control
- Defining raw material quality requirements
- Inspection testing of incoming/bought-out materials
- Process Monitoring Continuous Improvement
- Monitoring manufacturing processes for quality compliance
- Reducing rejection levels through continuous improvement initiatives
- Auto CAD Technical Coordination
- AutoCAD knowledge for understanding drawings
- Coordination with production, logistics customers for quality compliance
