- 1. Experience in handling the electrical and mechanical maintenance of Injection Moulding Machines, PU Dosing Systems, and Filter Manufacturing Machines, preferably Ferromatik Injection Moulding Machines.
- Proven ability to effectively lead, manage, and develop maintenance teams.
- Hands-on experience with Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Total Productive
Maintenance (TPM) implementation.
- Strong expertise in spare parts management, inventory control, and
maintenance budget planning.
- Knowledge and practical experience in Industry 4.0 technologies and plant
digitalization initiatives.
- Hands-on experience in the integration and maintenance of injection
moulding auxiliary equipment.
- Experience in maintaining and troubleshooting Special Purpose Machines
(SPMs), including electrical drives, blowers, conveyors, and other assembly equipment, covering breakdown and preventive maintenance.
- Working knowledge of PLC programming, Servo Motors, SCADA, HMI, and
Industry 4.0 applications.
- Hands-on experience with centralized material conveying systems for injection
moulding machines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with expertise in Root Cause
Analysis (RCA) using Why-Why Analysis and other structured problem-solving techniques.
- Valuable communication, coordination, and documentation skills with a focus on
continuous improvement, equipment reliability, and operational excellence
