Job Purpose To manage and maintain the Mechanical Department's MIS by preparing accurate reports, updating maintenance records, analyzing equipment data and supporting effective maintenance planning and decision-making. Key Responsibilities
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports.
Maintain maintenance records for HEMM and other mining equipment.
Update preventive, breakdown and repair maintenance data.
Monitor equipment availability, downtime and maintenance KPIs.
Maintain spare parts consumption and inventory records.
Update ERP with maintenance-related information.
Prepare equipment performance and cost analysis reports.
Ensure proper documentation and timely submission of reports.
Coordinate with Mechanical, Stores, Production and Finance departments for data collection and reconciliation.
Support audits and ensure compliance with company procedures. Qualification
Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
Proficiency in MS Excel; ERP knowledge preferred. Experience
2–5 years of experience in mechanical maintenance MIS, preferably in mining or heavy equipment industries. Key Competencies
