Role Summary

Designs and delivers the Flowsource onboarding programme across developer, architect, tester, and DevOps personas producing TechDocs, self-service runbooks, video walkthroughs, and change-management campaigns that migrate delivery teams from legacy toolchains to the platform. Tracks adoption health metrics, runs quarterly maturity assessments using DORA data, and ensures no delivery team is left behind as the platform footprint expands. This role is the heartbeat of behavioural change inside the client org — the platform only works if people use it.

Key Responsibilities

- Design the persona-based Flowsource curriculum — developer, architect, tester, DevOps, leadership.

- Produce and maintain TechDocs (markdown in repo) covering core platform workflows, golden paths, and self-service runbooks.

- Run cohort-based onboarding sessions and office hours; convert delivery-team questions into reusable content.

- Build and execute change-management campaigns to migrate teams off legacy tools onto Flowsource — communications,



sponsor messaging, success stories.

- Track adoption health metrics in partnership with the FDE Lead; identify stalled teams and intervene with targeted enablement.

- Run quarterly maturity assessments using DORA data and curriculum completion to highlight cohort progress.

- Hand over enablement assets and train-the-trainer capability to the client's internal L&D; team in Large engagements.

Required Skills & Experience

- 6+ years in technical enablement, developer experience, or L&D; for engineering organisations.

- Instructional design — knows how to design for developer learners specifically.

- Solid technical communication, screencast, and documentation skills.

- Change-management literacy — Prosci / ADKAR or equivalent helpful but not mandatory.

- Comfort reading DORA dashboards and translating metrics into enablement priorities.
