Role & Responsibilities

1. Plan, execute, and manage outbound email marketing campaigns.

2. Send cold emails to prospective clients using email marketing tools.

3. Monitor campaign performance, including open rates, replies, and bounce rates.

4. Maintain and update lead lists and email databases.

5. Coordinate with the sales team to hand over qualified leads.

6. Follow email deliverability best practices to maximize inbox placement.

Preferred Candidate Profile

1. Candidates who own multiple Gmail, Outlook, or other free email accounts (with access to free SMTPs) will be preferred.

2. Experience with cold email outreach or email marketing campaigns.

3. Basic knowledge of email deliverability, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC is an advantage.

4. Familiarity with tools such as Instantly, Smartlead, Manyreach, Apollo, Lemlist, or similar platforms is preferred.

5. Valuable written English and attention to detail while creating and sending email campaigns.

6. Basic Excel/Google Sheets skills for managing prospect lists and campaign reports.
