Position: Electrical Supervisor

Qualification: Diploma / ITI

Job Responsibilities

- Supervise installation and execution of electrical systems at the project site.
- Handle installation of HT/LT Panels, Transformers, DG Sets, UPS Systems, Bus Ducts, Cable Trays, Cable Laying & Termination, Earthing, and Lighting Systems.
- Monitor daily site activities and ensure work is completed as per project schedule and quality standards.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, clients, consultants, and internal project teams.
- Supervise electricians and technicians to ensure safe and efficient execution.
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and company quality procedures.
- Carry out testing, commissioning, and inspection of electrical systems.
- Review electrical drawings, single-line diagrams (SLD), and coordinate with HVAC, PHE, ELV, and Civil teams.
- Prepare daily progress reports and maintain project documentation.




- Ensure timely completion of work within project deadlines.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of electrical installation and site execution.
- Experience with HT/LT Panels, Transformers, DG Sets, UPS Systems, Bus Ducts, Cable Trays, Cable Laying & Termination, Earthing, and Lighting.
- Knowledge of Testing & Commissioning (T&C;).
- Ability to read electrical drawings, SLDs, and coordinate with MEP teams.
- Experience in manpower handling and subcontractor management.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD is an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- 2-12 years of electrical site execution experience.
- Experience in Data Centre, Commercial Building, Hospital, Airport, Industrial, or High-rise projects.
- Positive communication and team management skills.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a notice period of up to 15 days will be preferred.
