Role & responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end execution of rooftop solar projects from site survey to project handover.

- Conduct site surveys, feasibility studies, system design, BOQ, SLD, and technical calculations.

- Plan project schedules, allocate resources, and ensure timely project completion.

- Coordinate procurement, vendor management, and material planning.

- Supervise installation teams and ensure work is completed as per approved drawings and quality standards.

- Conduct quality inspections, testing, commissioning, and performance verification.

- Coordinate with DISCOMs, government authorities, customers, vendors, and internal teams for approvals and smooth project execution.

- Maintain project documentation, MIS reports, commissioning records, and as-built drawings.

- Handle preventive and breakdown maintenance to ensure optimal system performance.

- Monitor project costs, material utilization, manpower, and overall project budget.





- Ensure compliance with MNRE, CEA, BIS, DISCOM guidelines, electrical safety standards, and company SOPs.

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring quality, safety, customer satisfaction, and timely delivery.

- Strong technical knowledge of rooftop solar systems.
