Role & responsibilities

1. Machine Breakdown & Preventive Care

- Heating Elements: Inspect and test electrical heating rods, coils, and thermal controllers that melt raw EVA resin sheets into explicit films.
- Vacuum Pump Maintenance: Troubleshoot the electrical circuits of industrial vacuum systems used to extract trapped air during encapsulation. [1]
- Sensor Calibrations: Routinely clean and check proximity sensors, infrared temperature sensors, and limit switches on conveyor belts.

2. Automation & Control Panels

- PLC/HMI Assistance: Help senior teams check inputs and outputs (I/Os) on automated Siemens or Mitsubishi control panels.
- Motor & Drive Checks: Check three-phase AC induction motors, Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs),



and gearboxes that pull and roll out the finished EVA film. [1]

3. Power Distribution & Safety

- Panel Maintenance: Conduct checks on low-tension (LT) panels, circuit breakers (MCBs/MCCBs), magnetic contactors, and industrial relays. [1]
- Safety Protocols: strictly practice Lockout-Tagout (LOTO) safety procedures before working on any open live wires or moving machinery components. [1]
- Fault Finding: Use basic testing equipment like multimeters, clamp meters, and insulation resistance testers (Megger) to detect short circuits
