Key Responsibilities: Handle Electrical O&M; activities of the Chemical Plant / Fertilizer Plant / Metal Industry. Perform preventive, predictive & breakdown maintenance of electrical equipment. Maintain HT/LT systems, Transformers, Switchgears, MCC, PCC, Motors, VFDs, UPS, DG Sets and Electrical Panels.
Execute shutdown maintenance, commissioning activities and electrical troubleshooting. Ensure equipment reliability, power availability and compliance with electrical safety standards. Lead the electrical maintenance team and coordinate with operations.
Maintain SAP PM/MIS reports and monitor maintenance KPIs. Follow HSE practices including PTW, LOTO and 5S.
Required Skills : Hands-on experience in Chemical Plant / Metal Industry / Fertilizer Plant Electrical Maintenance (Mandatory). Robust knowledge of HT/LT distribution systems, Motors, VFDs, MCC/PCC and Switchgears.
Experience in DCS/PLC-based process plants and commissioning activities. Good electrical troubleshooting and preventive maintenance skills. Team handling and leadership skills. Knowledge of electrical safety standards, PTW & LOTO. SAP PM knowledge preferred.
