Role Description The Electrical Helper is a full time, on-site role based in Dahod. This role supports electricians and engineers in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems, including wiring, panels, and equipment at industrial, commercial, and institutional sites. Daily tasks include assisting with cable routing, conduit installation, component mounting, tool and material handling, and basic measurements under supervision.

The Electrical

Helper helps with routine inspections, simple troubleshooting, and safe worksite preparation,



following all safety procedures and guidelines. The role may also involve supporting testing activities, documenting work performed, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications

- Foundational knowledge of electricity and basic electrical principles relevant to industrial and commercial installations.
- Practical skills in electrical work, including handling wiring, conduits, panels, and tools under supervision.
- Ability to assist with maintenance & repair tasks, including routine checks, replacement of components, and preventive upkeep.
- Basic troubleshooting skills to help identify common electrical issues and support senior technicians in resolving them.
- Exposure to or interest in electrical engineering concepts related to power distribution and safety standards.
- Ability to follow safety protocols, use personal protective equipment, and adhere to site regulations at all times.
- Good physical stamina, manual dexterity, and willingness to work in industrial and construction environments.
- Effective communication skills, ability to take instructions, and work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Minimum secondary school education; vocational training or certification in electrical work is an advantage.
- Prior experience as an electrical helper, apprentice, or similar role in infrastructure or industrial projects is beneficial.
