Role Description The Electrical Design Engineer will work on-site in Vadodara in a full-time capacity, focusing on the design and development of electrical systems and panels for industrial and commercial projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing detailed electrical schematics, single-line diagrams, and panel layouts, and ensuring designs comply with relevant standards, codes, and client specifications. The role involves coordinating with project teams and vendors, supporting power quality analysis, and providing technical input for turnkey solutions.

The Electrical Design

Engineer will also review and optimize existing designs, assist in preparing technical documentation and BOQs,



and support the transition from design to manufacturing and installation. Collaboration with quality and commissioning teams to resolve technical issues and improve design practices is an integral part of the role.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in electrical engineering principles, including power systems, protection, and industrial control.
- Proficiency in electrical design tools and software (e.g., AutoCAD Electrical, E-Plan, or similar), and ability to create detailed schematics and layouts.
- Knowledge of relevant electrical standards, codes, and safety regulations, preferably with experience in panel design and manufacturing.
- Experience in power quality analysis, troubleshooting electrical issues, and proposing technically sound solutions.
- Ability to prepare technical documentation, BOQs, and reports, with attention to accuracy and clarity.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with multidisciplinary teams, clients, and vendors.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering or a closely related discipline.
- Prior experience in an industrial, EPC, or panel manufacturing setting is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving mindset, willingness to learn, and readiness to work in office in Vadodara.
