Key Responsibilities

- Own L3 support and governance for Elasticsearch and Elastic Observability.
- Perform advanced root cause analysis (RCA) for critical production incidents.
- Design, optimize, and maintain Elasticsearch clusters, indexing strategies, ILM policies, shards, and replicas.
- Configure and optimize Elastic Agent, Beats, Logstash, and ingestion pipelines.
- Develop Kibana dashboards, SLOs, service health dashboards, and operational reports.
- Implement Machine Learning, anomaly detection, and predictive alerting.
- Lead platform upgrades, migrations, scaling, and performance tuning.
- Integrate Elastic Stack with ITSM, CMDB, CI/CD, and automation platforms.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, DevOps, and SRE teams.




- Mentor L1/L2 engineers and establish observability best practices.
