Job Summary The E-Learning Coordinator is responsible for planning, coordinating, implementing, and monitoring e-learning initiatives for educational institutions and corporate training programs. The role involves managing Learning Management System (LMS) activities, coordinating with content developers, trainers, implementation teams, and clients to ensure the smooth delivery of online learning solutions. The incumbent will support the creation, deployment, and continuous improvement of digital learning content while ensuring a seamless learner experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate the implementation and administration of e-learning programs for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Manage Learning Management System (LMS) operations, including course creation, user enrollment, permissions, assessments, and reporting.
- Coordinate with instructional designers, subject matter experts, content writers, graphic designers, and video editors for course development.
- Ensure timely uploading, testing, and publishing of digital learning content.
- Monitor learner participation, course completion, and performance analytics.
- Conduct LMS demonstrations, user orientation sessions, and training programs.
- Provide first-level support to users for LMS-related queries and technical issues.
- Coordinate with the Technical Support and Implementation teams for issue resolution.
- Maintain course catalogs, learning schedules, attendance, and certification records.
- Track project milestones and ensure timely delivery of assigned e-learning projects.
- Prepare MIS reports, learner progress reports, and management dashboards.
- Coordinate online webinars, virtual classrooms, and live training sessions.




- Ensure compliance with organizational quality standards and client requirements.
- Maintain documentation related to course content, implementation, and user manuals.
- Continuously evaluate learner feedback and recommend improvements to enhance the learning experience.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Excellent coordination and project management skills.
- Valuable understanding of online learning methodologies and instructional design principles.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good documentation and reporting abilities.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Technical Skills
- Experience with LMS platforms such as Moodle, Canvas, Google Classroom, Blackboard, or similar systems.
- Basic understanding of SCORM, xAPI, and digital learning standards.
- Familiarity with virtual meeting platforms (Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Google Meet).
- Knowledge of content authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, iSpring, etc.) is an added advantage.
- Basic knowledge of multimedia content management and video-based learning.

Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Education, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Educational Technology, or a related field.
- A Master's Degree or certification in E-Learning, Instructional Design, or Project Management will be an added advantage.

Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in E-Learning, Academic Operations, LMS Administration, Educational Technology, or Project Coordination.
- Freshers with relevant certifications and strong technical aptitude may also be considered.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
