About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP SuccessFactors EC Time Off Consultant to lead the implementation, configuration, and support of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Time Off solutions.

The ideal candidate should have extensive expertise in Employee Central, Time Off, Time Tracking, and Payroll integration, along with experience delivering global SuccessFactors implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Time Off solutions.
- Configure Holiday Calendars, Work Schedules, Time Profiles, Time Types, Accrual Rules, and Leave Policies.
- Implement and support Employee Central Time Off and Time Tracking modules.
- Integrate SuccessFactors Employee Central with Employee Central Payroll (ECP) and other downstream systems.
- Participate in end-to-end global implementation projects, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Perform data migration, validation, and reconciliation during implementation and upgrade projects.
- Support SIT, UAT, Hypercare, and Application Management Support (AMS) activities.
- Troubleshoot production issues and recommend process improvements.
- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable HR solutions.
- Prepare functional specifications, process documentation, training materials, and knowledge transfer documents.




- Ensure compliance with SAP best practices and organizational standards.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 9-12 years of overall IT experience.
- Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors, with strong expertise in Employee Central (EC) Time Off (Mandatory).
- Experience in 2 to 3 end-to-end global SAP SuccessFactors implementations.
- Solid hands-on experience with: SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC), Employee Central Time Off, Time Tracking, Holiday Calendars, Work Schedules, Time Profiles, Accrual Rules, Leave Management Configuration, Payroll Integration with Employee Central Payroll (ECP).
- Experience in: Data Migration, System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Hypercare Support, Application Management Support (AMS).
- Strong understanding of HR business processes and time management.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Certification (Preferred).
- Experience working on global HR transformation programmes.
- Exposure to integration with SAP HCM or third-party payroll systems.
- Knowledge of SAP Integration Suite/CPI is an added advantage.
