Role Description The Education Counselor will work on-site at Compare Degree’s office in Noida in a full-time capacity. This role involves guiding prospective students through program options, explaining educational pathways, and helping them interpret data on costs, course structures, and career outcomes presented on the platform.

The Education

Counselor will conduct one-on-one and group counseling sessions, respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings, and maintain accurate records of student interactions. They will collaborate with the product and content teams to provide feedback on student needs,



participate in outreach activities such as webinars or workshops, and support initiatives to improve the overall student experience. The role requires consistent engagement with students from diverse backgrounds and the ability to offer clear, unbiased guidance.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Educational Consulting and Education, with the ability to explain academic programs and structures clearly.
- Candidates should possess skills in Student Counseling and Career Counseling, including experience supporting learners in choosing suitable courses and career paths.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with students, families, and internal teams.
- Candidates should demonstrate empathy, active listening, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work in a structured, student-focused setting.
